• Personal land is available now, at Valliyoor (about 5kms away from 4-lane highway, 50km from Tirunelveli) in a peaceful and scenic location near to mountains (Western Ghats).
• Personal Land is available near Kariappatti about 30 km away from Madurai International Airport.

To start with, development of the land and construction of rooms for stay, a hall for performing yogasanas and other facilities, etc. will have to be done.
